Green Bay’s Colburn Pool will be closed for the summer because of electrical problems.
The basement of the pool house flooded while city staffers were trying to fill the pool for the start of the season. That damaged the electrical equipment in the basement.
After years of debate the city was already planning to start upgrading the pool in the fall.
