A 42-year-old Kaukauna man died from his injuries, six days after a motorcycle crash, north of Winneconne.
Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputies say Robert Winkers was riding with a group when he hit some loose gravel on a curve on June 2nd. He was near the intersection of Highway M and Clarks Point Road in the Town of Winneconne.
Deputies say initially, they thought Winkers and his passenger only had minor injuries. They say alcohol was not a factor.
