Justices on the state Supreme Court are blocking a trial over last year’s lame duck laws and they’re taking the case themselves.
Dane County Judge Frank Remington was planning to hold a two-day trial starting today. He blocked part of a law earlier this year.
The Supreme Court is already considering another lawsuit over the session held by Majority Republicans.
