A Neenah boy is facing a trial for the murder of his grandparents.
Seventeen-year-old Alexander Kraus waived his preliminary hearing in Outagamie County court this morning.
Prosecutors are charging him with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the shooting deaths of Dennis and Letha Kraus.
They say the teen called 911 on April 14th, and told dispatchers that he killed his grandparents at their home in Grand Chute.
They say investigators found the type-written plans in a backpack in the house.
Police also believe Kraus was planning an attack at Neenah High School the next day. Kraus was a junior at the school.
He’s in custody on a $2 million bond. He’s expected to be back in court next month for an arraignment.
