Wisconsin Elections Commission spokesman Reid Magney says they’re mainly checking to see if someone’s moved. He says they just have to sign the card and return it to stay registered.
Magney says it’s a routine checkup and a vital part of election security. He says it can prevent voter fraud by taking people off the list if they don’t need to be there.
