Appleton police arrested a 27-year-old man for a shooting on the city’s southeast side.
They say a woman was hit in the arm, in an apartment on E. Canary Street around 4 p.m. yesterday afternoon. Detectives believe it happened during a marijuana deal.
Ricco Campbell is in the Outagamie County jail, and police are recommending a series of charges.
