The Darboy Club is closing at the end of the month.
The longtime restaurant and banquet hall will be serving its last customers over the next week or so.
Owner Mark Tatro says they’re making the decision because of economic reasons.
Word of the closure leaked on social media yesterday, after staffers started calling couples that had upcoming weddings booked.
The Darboy Club is at the corner of Highways KK and N, and it’s known for its wedding receptions and Friday fish frys.
Tatro says he’s owned the business with Randall Ashauer for 22 years.
The Darboy Club is the second longtime banquet hall in the Fox Cities that will shut down on June 30th. The owners of Monarch Gardens in Grand Chute are retiring.
