Brown County Sheriff’s deputies say more than 20 people are in custody after a drug investigation in the Green Bay area.
Prosecutors are filing charges in the case and they range from dealing drugs to child neglect and having a gun as a felon. The suspects range in range 17 to 58.
Investigators say 29-year-old Stephanie Ortiz was one of the people arrested. She’s the co-founder of Black Lives United Green Bay. She also works with End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin.
Deputies say 37-year-old Jonathan Patton also faces charges. He’s the brother of former Packers player Charles Woodson. He’s also the owner of Cover 2 Sports Bar and Lounge in downtown Green Bay.
