The man whose wife and daughter are missing thinks they were abducted.
Kelly Rousseau says he was in northern Minnesota since last Thursday, at a funeral, and he talked to his wife Sunday afternoon, while he was driving home.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s department reports 55-year-old Jill Rousseau and 21-year-old Jordan of the Dale area were last seen on Sunday.
Kelly says when he got home, he thought his wife was at her office at the Oasis Wellness Center, on Century Oaks Drive, in Menasha. Kelly says he called his wife’s cellphone about an hour later, and he heard it ring inside the house. He says his daughter’s phone was also there, and it was turned off.
Kelly thought the two were staying on futons at the business, because they sometimes do that in the winter, when there are snowstorms. He says he called the land line, and didn’t get an answer.
Rousseau says he became concerned the next morning, when Jill’s truck wasn’t at her office.
He says checked the surveillance video from the storage facility they own, Big Door Storage. It’s on the same property as the wellness center. He says it shows Jill and Jordan at the storage facility for 15 minutes, and driving away, north on Racine Street.
