Majority Republicans in the Senate don’t have any more wiggle room to have enough votes to pass the GOP’s version of the budget.
Sen. David Craig of Big Bend announced today he’ll vote against the proposal.
He joins Sen. Steve Nass of Whitewater as the two Republican senators planning to vote “no.” They both think the spending levels are too high.
The Assembly will take up the budget on Tuesday, and the Senate is expected to follow suit later next week.
