A Republican lawmaker from Appleton believes today’s state Supreme Court ruling on last year’s lame duck laws proves they’re able to meet when they want.
Justices upheld the legality of the special session in a 4-3 decision.

There are two other lawsuits in federal and state courts over the controversial laws that stripped powers from the governor and attorney general.
Governor Evers is calling the decision disappointing and all too predictable.
