The City of Oshkosh’s new-look utility bills are going out later this week.
The city is switching to a monthly billing cycle and a new software system.
Spokeswoman Emily Springstroh says people will notice some changes. She says the new bills will be white with a new layout and everyone’s customer and account numbers will be changed. Springstroh says customers that have automatic withdrawal from a bank account need to update their bank with their new utility account number.
Springstroh says they also have a new system for paying bills by credit card. People will have to set up an account through what’s called Citizen Self-Service.
The new bills will be mailed out on Thursday.
