Kids can learn about how to be a caring neighbor this week at the Building for Kids Children’s Museum in downtown Appleton.
Spokeswoman Katy Compton says Daniel Tiger and Katerina Kittykat from the PBS show, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood will be on hand for story time.
She believes the show reflects the spirit of Mister Rogers.
She says members of the police and fire departments will visit to talk about what they do.
A therapy dog and trainer will also be there.
She says the visiting neighbors will also take part in story time.
Be a Caring Neighbor Week runs through Sunday.
