No one was hurt when a semi, that ran on compressed natural gas, caught fire at a Green Bay business on the east side.
That fire spread to several other trucks at Contract Transport Services.
Crews were called around 7:15 p.m. and found several semi-trucks on fire.
Explosions were heard and crews believe they were caused by truck tires popping and safety valves doing what they’re meant to do, rapidly release pressure.
Smoke and flames could be seen for miles.
Neighbors around the business in the 1600 block of Cofrin Drive were evacuated as a precaution and roads were closed.
Everything is back open again.
Officials are still investigating a cause and no damage estimate has been released.
