A new study finds increasing diversity in the Fox Valley.
Julia Salomon from the Winnebago County Health Department says the latest Oshkosh Youth of Color survey indicates more languages being spoken by children in local schools. She says about 60 languages are spoken by students in the Oshkosh school district alone.
The same survey finds that youth of color continue to feel they face discrimination daily and that acceptance by majority whites is still slow to be realized.
