An Oshkosh man accused of killing another bar patron in a fight says he is “not guilty”.
Christopher Barry enters the plea in Winnebago County Court to one count of second degree reckless homicide.
According to the criminal complaint, Barry punched Steven Mallas in the face outside Boots Saloon in Oshkosh back in October of last year, causing fatal head injuries.
No trial date has been set yet.
