One of the busiest parking lots in downtown Oshkosh could be rebuilt.
The Common Council votes tonight on spending nearly one million dollars on the Ceape Avenue lot by the main fire station.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says it’s long overdue. He says they want to make a better impression on people coming to the area for events.
Rohloff is blaming poor soil conditions on the Ceape Avenue parking lot site for raising the project costs.
