The state Supreme Court is suspending former Fox Crossing Municipal Judge Len Kachinsky.
Justices are banning Kachinsky from applying to fill in as a municipal judge in the state until 2021. He didn’t run for re-election last spring, after the court suspended him indefinitely because of harassment accusations from Fox Crossing’s municipal court clerk.
A jury found Kachinsky not guilty of stalking charges, and he’s now facing counts of violating a restraining order.
The Supreme Court’s three-year suspension is back-dated to July of 2018. Justices are ordering Kachinsky to petition them if he wants to be a municipal judge in the future, to show that he’s fit to serve.
