The speed limit is going down today on a stretch of Highway CE and Outagamie County officials are looking for a permanent solution at an intersection in that area.
For about a year the county has been blocking drivers from making left turns at Buchanan Road.
While there are barriers in place Highway Engineer Andy Rowell says they’ll consider different options.
Rowell says they want to work with Combined Locks leaders on the solution. The speed limit is now 45 between Railroad Street and DeBruin Road.
