Congressman Glenn Grothman of Glenbeulah voted against the measure on Tuesday. He thinks it’s a mischaracterization of what Trump said.
Grothman thinks Democrats try to get minorities to vote for them by claiming America is a racist country.
The House voted 240-to-187 to condemn Trump’s tweets about four Democratic congresswomen.
