The annual Appleton Old Car Show and Swap Meet is on Sunday at Pierce Park.
Jay Stephany of the Appleton-Fox Cities Kiwanis Club is expecting nearly 1,200 cars will be there.
Organizers are also planning to remember one of the four founders of the event. Bob Pintarelli died recently. Stephany says they’re going to talk about a more permanent way to remember him.
Over the years, it’s grown into one of the largest free car shows in the Midwest.
Stephany says it’s a family-friendly, free event, and they’ll have plenty of food available. It runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
