The long-dormant Pioneer Inn Property in downtown Oshkosh may finally be redeveloped.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says developer Art Dumke will provide details on a preliminary plan Tuesday night. He says they want to eliminate the blight on the property and do some initial development.
Among Dumke’s ideas are a bar and restaurant, condos and a small water park. The Pioneer Inn has been closed since 2005.
