The Oshkosh Common Council approves the creation of a new tax incremental financing district for Pioneer Island.
Developer Art Dumke is looking to expand the marina, add short term rental units and perhaps a water park on the site in the future.
Community Development director Alan Davis says the city will contribute toward the cost of several infrastructure improvements.
The city’s TIF funding could be $29 million.
