A 35-year-old Fond du Lac man is convicted of two counts of homicide by negligent driving for the deaths of a father and son.
After four hours of deliberation, a jury found Travis Wollersheim guilty of causing the 2016 crash that killed 26-year-old David Button and his eight-year-old-son Joseph.
They were in a construction zone on I-41 in Fond du Lac, when the car they were driving in was rear-ended by a Jeep Wollersheim was driving. They were then pushed into a semi.
Each count carries a maximum sentence of up to five years in prison.
