Some homes in Outagamie and Calumet counties will have purple porch lights starting tomorrow.
Harbor House of Appleton is organizing a campaign for Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October. The organization’s Morgan Kirchenwitz says it’s a really easy way for people to get involved and show thier support.
She says they first held the campaign last year, and it will be much bigger this time.
A number of sponsors came forward, so Harbor House could buy some lights and signs. They’ll be giving them out at some upcoming events.
