A former municipal judge in Fox Crossing will not go to jail for violating a restraining order.
A jury found Len Kachinsky guilty yesterday of one misdemeanor count in a case involving his former court manager.
He was acquitted of two other identical counts.
He was given a six month jail sentence but that was stayed.
Winnebago County prosecutors accused him of sending emails to the court manager after she got a restraining order.
Earlier this summer the state Supreme Court suspended Kachinsky’s law license for three years.
