A Green Bay museum is getting statewide recognition for an exhibit that highlights the experiences of African-American football players in Titletown.
“Delay of Game” was on display at the Neville Public Museum from August of last year to March of this year.
The Wisconsin Historical Society presented the award this morning.
Executive Director Beth Lemke says she’s thrilled to have a staff at the museum that tells the community’s stories.
The museum received a national historical award for the same exhibit in August.
