Both of the Fox Valley members of Congress voted against the rules for the impeachment inquiry.
Republican Congressman Mike Gallagher of Green Bay issued a statement, saying the rules approved do not provide President Trump with due process, and that the House Intelligence Committee has never been authorized to oversee impeachment proceedings before.
Republican Congressman Glenn Grothman of Glenbulah was also a “no” vote.
