Appleton’s city council is going on record asking for more studies of 5G and small cell wireless technology.
Ald. Alex Schultz wants to make sure it doesn’t impact people’s health. He hopes to slow the train a little bit to give scientists more time to look into it.
Schultz says the FCC will let companies put antennas and boxes on streetlights and power poles. He says homeowners won’t have any control over it.
