An Appleton man is going to prison for seven years for his 11th drunk driving conviction.
Fifty-seven-year-old Jerome Pomeroy was busted last month in Trempealeau County in western Wisconsin. It was his 12th arrest for OWI, but prosecutors agreed not to count one from 1994.
Pomeroy entered a no contest plea. He was also driving without a license.
He’ll spend five years on probation, after he’s released from prison.
