A De Pere woman will spend four years in prison for abusing her adopted children.
Fifty-six-year-old Sharon Windey was convicted of several charges involving the four kids. A judge found her husband, Donald, guilty in a separate trial last week.
Brown County prosecutors say the children told police they were given food and exercise punishments. They say they were also punched, choked, and thrown against a wall.
