There are special kits around the Resch Center in the Green Bay area for serious situations.
Brown County Sheriff Todd Delain says they realized they needed them while they were training for a large-scale emergency, like a mass shooting. He says the BayCare Clinic Foundation bought 16 citizenAID kits.
They include things like a tourniquet and gauze.
Delain says some school districts around the Green Bay area already have the kits, and they’re easy to use. He says they’ll also put them in the new Brown County Arena when it opens.
