The man shot and killed by police in Fox Crossing last week was 32-year-old Rory Behling.
The state justice department says three members of the Winnebago County SWAT team fired shots during the drug raid on Grove Street. Investigators say Behling was outside, and he had a gun last Tuesday night.
Police were looking for him.on drug charges, and for ramming a Neenah police car.
The three officers are on routine administrative leave during the investigation.
