A Milwaukee man is facing formal charges, after Winnebago County prosecutors say he grabbed two Oshkosh police officers in the neck.
Twenty-nine-year-old Cornelius Pearson is accused of resisting arrest at an apartment building on Robin Avenue early Tuesday morning. Prosecutors say he was knocking on doors and acting strangely.
They say Pearson had marijuana edibles on him.
One officer was treated at a hospital for several days for neck and throat injuries.
