A Winnebago County judge is ordering a trial for one of the suspects in a pair of robberies in Oshkosh.
Thirty-three-year-old Robert O’Neal is accused of holding up a gas station and the Computer Corner store, with 24-year-old Justin Harris.
Both places were robbed within a couple of hours of each other, nearly two weeks ago.
Harris is scheduled to have his preliminary hearing on February 27th.
