The state revenue department is filing a second tax warrant against the head of the bankrupt ownership group for the Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh.
Greg Pierce is accused of failing to pay $8,500 in unemployment insurance premiums. Pierce’s attorney says they have to wait for a federal judge to approve Fox Valley Pro Basketball’s reorganization plan, before they can pay their bill.
