The leaders of the departments in the Village of Ashwaubenon are backing the village manager.
The public safety union announced last week that members were unanimous in a vote of no confidence in Allison Swanson.
Seven department heads signed a statement. They vehemently disagree with a union statement, claiming Swanson isn’t letting those leaders fully function in their positions. They say Swanson is responsible for their collaborative work environment, and the culture of open and honest communication.
