The Oshkosh city council will start going over a proposed new plan for the Sawdust District.
City staff put together proposed development areas around Main Street, south of the Fox River.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says there are no immediate construction plans.
The Oshkosh council will host a workshop with the plan commission and the Redevelopment Authority, before its regular meeting tonight.
