Police wrote nearly 60 tickets and gave out about 30 more warnings, during a sting in Green Bay school zones.
Officer Kevin Warych says they had nine officers spend around six hours on a recent day. Almost 40 of the tickets were for speeding, and there were another 17 speeding warnings.
Warych says one person was arrested for drugged driving.
He hopes people will lead by example, and slow down when they’re in school zones.
