A survey shows companies in the Fox Cities are confident they’ll do better in 2020, or at least the same as last year.
The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce found 49 percent expect higher profits, and 27 percent think they’ll be similar to 2019.
The group’s Jayme Sellen anticipates salaries will rise, because of the tight job market. She says that’s the only challenge businesses are anticipating.
More than 70 percent believe the Fox Cities is an excellent or good place to do business. Nearly 90 percent think it’s an excellent or good place to live.
