Police say a 45-year-old man eventually surrendered, about five hours after a standoff started in Menasha.
They say there was a fight between several people, and the man barricaded himself inside an RV, around 2 p.m. yesterday. It was parked outside a home in the 100 block of Madison Street.
Police say the man opened the valve of a propane tank at some point, and officers had to break some windows to ventilate the RV. The man came out around 7:30 p.m.
