A fourth-generation car dealer in Green Bay is selling to Bergstrom Automotive.
Cliff Wall Automotive is giving Bergstrom the Subaru, Mazda, and Mitsubishi franchises. The Cliff Wall locations on Mason Street and Lime Kiln Road are included in the deal.
Cliff Wall is retiring. The sale is expected to be finalized at the end of the month.
Cliff Wall Automotive dates back to 1929.
