About 250 freshmen from 10 Fox Valley high schools took part in a Teen Symposium today.
It was the 20th year for the event.
Coordinator Mandi Dornfeld of the United Way Fox Cities says they want to teach kids leadership skills, and learn more about themselves. They also hear ways to manage stress, and their time.
She says sophomores, juniors, and seniors develop the program and run it. The symposium was at the Red Lion Hotel Paper Valley in downtown Appleton.
