A company won’t be building its headquarters in Green Bay’s Shipyard development.
Breakthrough wanted to consolidate three downtown locations on that site. The City of Green Bay is announcing the plans fell through.
City officials say the Shipyard property won’t meet Breakthrough’s needs, and they’re working with the company to find an ideal location.
