People in Wisconsin are currently the best in the country for completing the census.
Appleton Diversity Coordinator Karen Nelson says the state’s current reply rate is 44 percent. The national average is just 36 percent.
Outagamie County is doing even better, with almost 52 percent filling out the census so far.
Nelson believes coronavirus is having an impact on responses.
