Appleton Police make an arrest in connection with an alleged overdose death. Eric Buchanan is accused of providing drugs to a 33-year old Appleton man that died back in November. The victim’s name has never been released. Police say that there are other potential suspects and that their investigation continues. Buchanan will make his initial appearance on first degree reckless homicide charges this afternoon.
