Wisconsin cities and villages will take a big hit from the coronavirus pandemic.
Wisconsin Policy Forum President Rob Henken says there will be a steep drop in revenues that those communities rely on to balance their budgets. He says those include fees for construction projects, parking ticket fines, bus system fares, and parks program fees.
Henken says the hardest hit areas will be places that rely on tourism, because there could be a huge drop in revenue this spring and summer.
