The family of a Hortonville man is calling his death a nightmare.
Seventy-five-year-old Ronnie Willenkamp died last Friday at ThedaCare’s hospital in Appleton.
His daughter Rhonda Parker says her dad was diagnosed with the virus, two days after entering the hospital. She says they couldn’t visit him, or talk with him, after he was put on a ventilator.
Parker says her father was buried after he died, and they didn’t get to have a funeral. She adds there’s no closure.
Willenkamp had had underlying health issues, and he had battled cancer. Parker has no idea how he got coronavirus.
