The man charged with the murders of two brothers from the Seymour area is facing a trial.
Garland “Joey” Nelson of Missouri waived his preliminary hearing today.
Nick and Justin Diemel went missing on a business trip to Missouri last summer. They were trying to collect money from Nelson for cattle.
Nelson’s arraignment is scheduled for May 4th.
