A former Hortonville man is facing an attempted murder charge, after prosecutors say he slashed a woman’s throat while she was driving in Shawano County.
They say Jeremy Rudie of Wittenberg pulled out a knife, when he was riding with the woman and her four-year-old daughter. The mother and girl were able to get out of the car. Another driver stopped and took them to a hospital.
Rudie is in custody on a $125,000 bond.
